Scope of Work

A full programme to refurbish the School buildings, roofing works, re-pointing, new leadwork, clearing gutters, repointing of walls and chimneys, repairs to sandstone sills, jambs, mullions and transoms.

Window repairs to existing timber sliding sash windows and re-decoration. Plaster repair to walls and ceiling and re-decoration. Electrical improvements including wiring, fire alarms, emergency lighting and general lighting. All to be carried out to comply with the sites Grade 2 listed status.
