Remove existing stone piers, slate wing wall and rebuild matching to existing bond. Install PIR lighting on new boathouse.
Construct new landings and jetties, fit aluminium rainwater downpipes. All works to be completed to National Trust standards and in keeping with the buildings Listed Status.
